- 1 bag boil-in-bag white rice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
How To Make easy rice pudding

Step 1Cook the rice according to directions on package. Set aside to cool.

Step 2In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and cornstarch. Add milk and eggs, mixing well.

Step 3Stir in the rice and bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

Step 4Remove from heat and add the butter and vanilla, stirring until butter is melted.

Step 5Pour into serving bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve warm.
