This is pure and simple comfort food, without all the work!! It's perfect for making the working moms, or busy mom's life SOOOO much easier!! You'll get amazing flavor without all the work!! Feel free to try the various flavors and mixing and matching your favorite starch/protein/veggie!!! Ingredients

  • 4 cups rice (cooked)
  • 1 package frozen chopped broccoli (steamed/boiled)
  • 1 - container (10oz) philadelphia pourable cream cheese garlic & savory flavor
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter in small pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make easy peasy cheesey rice with broccoli

  • Step 1
    Cook your rice according to package directions, set aside. Steam or boil your broccoli till just tender, remove and set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, add the Philly Pourable Cream Cheese, your milk, and your salt and pepper. Mix till thoroughly incorporated.
  • Step 3
    To the cheese and milk mixture, add your rice , then broccoli and mix well. Pour mixture into a pre-sprayed 13 X 9 baking dish, or casserole dish of your choice. Sprinkle on your cheese.
  • Step 4
    Dot dish with the butter. Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 35-45 minutes or till lightly golden!!
