Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup vegan margarine
- 2 cups stewed tomatoes
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup black olives, quartered
- 1/2-3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetarian worcestershire sauce
- 4 ounces can mushrooms with juice
- 1/2 cup vegan “parmesan” cheese substitute
How To Make easy olive bake

Step 1wash and drain rice. Place into slow cooker.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients except cheese alternative. Mix well.

Step 3Cover. Cook on high 1 hour, then on low 2 hours, or until rice is tender but not mushy.

Step 4Add Vegan “Parmesan” Cheese Substitute before serving.
