Ingredients
- 4 cups rice
- 1/2 pound boneless chicken
- 1 cup peas and carrots, frozen
- 1 small white onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
How To Make easy chicken fried rice

Step 1Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces.

Step 2Fry chicken in a small pan until no longer pink; set aside.

Step 3Heat sesame oil in 10 inch skillet on medium heat.

Step 4Add vegetables. Stir fry until tender.

Step 5Crack eggs into skillet and scramble.

Step 6Add rice and chicken (already cooked).

Step 7Add soy sauce.
