- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can 10.5 oz. can chicken broth
- 3/4 cup water
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
How To Make buttered lemon rice with parsley & cheese

Step 1Combine first 5 ingredients (rice through salt & pepper) in a saucepan; cover and simmer mixture until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.

Step 2When rice is fully cooked, fluff with a fork and add the remaining ingredients. Serve at once.
