Ingredients

  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can 10.5 oz. can chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup water
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

How To Make buttered lemon rice with parsley & cheese

  • Step 1
    Combine first 5 ingredients (rice through salt & pepper) in a saucepan; cover and simmer mixture until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
  • Step 2
    When rice is fully cooked, fluff with a fork and add the remaining ingredients. Serve at once.
