    10.5 oz. can chicken broth
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    chopped parsley

How to Make Buttered Lemon Rice with Parsley & Cheese

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients (rice through salt & pepper) in a saucepan; cover and simmer mixture until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
  2. When rice is fully cooked, fluff with a fork and add the remaining ingredients. Serve at once.
