Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 4 ounces can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup long grain brown rice, uncooked
- 1/4 cup parsley
How To Make brown rice pilaf

Step 1Combine the first 8 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.

Step 2Stir in the rice; cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 45 minutes oruntil the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed. Stir in the parsley. Serve immediately.
