- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 - onion,chopped
- 1 - jalapeno pepper,cleaned from seeds,chopped
- 2(15oz) cans black beans,drained and rinsed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice

Step 1Place first 6 ingredients and salt in a crock pot.Mix well,cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until rice is tender.
