basic fried rice
(1 RATING)
A good way to use up that leftover rice that's sitting in the fridge. To first soften it up, try microwaving it while covered with waxed paper. This dish lends itself to the addition of all sorts of other ingredients, or it can be eaten as is, as a side dish, or for lunch.

Step 2That's the basis of it. If you feel like throwing in different spices, cut-up leftover meat, boiled shrimp, frozen mixed vegetables - the list is only defined by your imagination - feel free.
