artichoke salad
I have been making this salad for over 30 years and I still get great comments from anyone who is tasting it for the first time, We make it for all family pot lucks and If I don't make it at Thanksgiving my kids say they are not coming home. Everyone in the family now make it aunts, cousins, their friends, I think you have to follow the recipe to the tee for it to be the best, a few have tried to alter it but its not the same. Oh and by the way I have to 4 times the recipe for our gatherings. Enjoy

Ingredients
- 1 box rice a roni chicken flavor
- 2 small artichokes marinated
- 3 - green onion
- 1/2 - green bell pepper
- 12 - green olives
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons artichoke marinated juice
How To Make artichoke salad

Step 1Make rice a roni to box directions

Step 2While the rice is cooking, chop up green onion with their tops, peppers and artichokes. Cut green olives in half.

Step 3Cool the rice, in the winter I take it out side and stir till cool, in summer I place it in the frig. and stir off and on till cool.

Step 4After its cool you add all ingredients and mix well, keep in frig. until ready to eat. Enjoy
