Ingredients

  • 1 c
    wild rice, washed
  • 1/4 lb
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    slivered almonds
  • 1/2 lb
    fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 3 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped chives

How To Make

  • 1
    Saute wild rice in butter until golden. Add almonds, mushrooms and chives. Saute 5 minutes more. Add chicken broth. Place in buttered casserole; bake, covered at 325 degrees for 1 hour or more. Makes 4 servings.
