Ingredients
- 1 cup wild rice, washed
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 pound fresh sliced mushrooms
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
How To Make almond wild rice

Step 1Saute wild rice in butter until golden. Add almonds, mushrooms and chives. Saute 5 minutes more. Add chicken broth. Place in buttered casserole; bake, covered at 325 degrees for 1 hour or more. Makes 4 servings.
