- 1 cup uncooked wild rice
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
How To Make almond-mushroom wild rice

Step 1Rinse and drain rice; Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish covered with non-stick cooking spray. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Makes 6 servungs.
