    uncooked wild rice
  • 2 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 c
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    slivered almonds, toasted
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    green onions, chopped

How to Make ALMOND-MUSHROOM WILD RICE

Step-by-Step

  1. Rinse and drain rice; Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish covered with non-stick cooking spray. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Makes 6 servungs.
