How To Make ultimate pleasure potatoes
-
Step 1In a large bowl or saucepan, add melted butter, sour cream, and scallions to boiled potatoes. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to your taste.
-
Step 2Mash with electric mixer until smooth. Place in a large baking dish.
-
Step 3Top with the whipping cream, grated cheddar, and crumbled bacon. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
-
Step 4NOTE: If you prefer the fresh taste of garlic, you may substitute 2 or 3 cloves of minced garlic instead of the garlic powder.
