Ingredients

  • 5 pounds peeled, boiled and drained
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted (do not substitute)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 package scallions, cut up
  • - salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
  • 4 ounces whipping cream, whipped
  • 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

How To Make ultimate pleasure potatoes

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl or saucepan, add melted butter, sour cream, and scallions to boiled potatoes. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to your taste.
  • Step 2
    Mash with electric mixer until smooth. Place in a large baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Top with the whipping cream, grated cheddar, and crumbled bacon. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Step 4
    NOTE: If you prefer the fresh taste of garlic, you may substitute 2 or 3 cloves of minced garlic instead of the garlic powder.
