3 lbtop round roast
1 tspea. granulated garlic, granulated onion, blk pepper
1 Tbspolive oil

8 smallred potatoes, halved or quartered
1 tspblk pepper, mrs. dash original blend

How to Make Top round roast w/pan roasted red potatoes and baked beans (Healthier choices)
- Rub meat with seasoning and sear on both sides in olive oil for about 3 min.(each side). Deduce heat to med, cover and cook on each side about 7-10 depending on thickness of meat and doneness preferred. Let rest for 15 min, slice thinly against the grain.
- Toss cut red potatoes in olive oil, sprinkle with pepper and Mrs. Dash. Place in skillet on med-low heat, cover. Cook for about 30-45 min. moving potatoes around about every 10 min. till fork goes through easily.
