Very kid-friendly, this is a classic tater tot casserole. With one pound of ground meat and a few other ingredients, you can easily feed a family. Switch up the veggies with what you prefer. We opted for ground beef, but ground turkey would be great too. The soup mixture adds a creaminess that mixes with the tater tots. A weeknight meal that's perfect for a busy parent.
