Very kid-friendly, this is a classic tater tot casserole. With one pound of ground meat and a few other ingredients, you can easily feed a family. Switch up the veggies with what you prefer. We opted for ground beef, but ground turkey would be great too. The soup mixture adds a creaminess that mixes with the tater tots. A weeknight meal that's perfect for a busy parent. If there is any left at the end of the meal, it heats up well for leftovers the next day.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey, browned, seasoned & drained
- 2-3 cups canned (drained) or frozen vegetable of choice: green beans, corn, peas or mixed vegetables (optional)
- 2 pounds frozen tater tots
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 8-12 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make tater tot casserole

Step 1Spread meat into a 13x9 greased casserole dish.

Step 2At this point you can add a layer of your optional vegetable of choice.

Step 3Combine the soups and milk.

Step 4Cover vegetables with tater tots. Pour soup/milk sauce evenly over the tater tots.

Step 5Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 6Add the cheese and bake for 10-15 more minutes.
