Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds red potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 - bunch fresh dill, minced
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 - avocado
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make tahini potato salad with avocado

Step 1Boil the potatoes until they are tender - about 20 minutes. Don't let them get mushy!

Step 2Combine all other ingredients (except avocado) in a bowl. Add drained potatoes and gently toss. Adjust salt and pepper. Set in the fridge for awhile to cool down. This can be served warm if you can't wait!

Step 3Served topped with sliced or chopped avocado (be sure to add a little salt to the avocado too).
