Ingredients
- 4 pounds sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1 cup real. organic maple syrup
- 1-1/2 cup whole cranberries
- 3 tablespoons butter
How To Make sweet potatoes w/ maple-cranberry sauce

Step 1In lg pot of water, add 1/2 tsp salt and potatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduec heat to low, simmer, covered 30 mins, or until tender. Drain well..

Step 2In saucepan, bring syrup to a boil, reduce heat to medium. Boil gently until reduced by 1/2. Stir in cranberries, butter and 12 tsp salt. Cook until cranberries "pop."

Step 3Heat oven to 400. Cut potatoes crosswise into 1"-pieces. Place in a 3-quart casserole dish. Spoon maple syrup mix over potatoes. Bake uncovered 20 mins.
