Sweet Potato Hash

Pat Duran

The Black Forest ham in this recipe only enhances the hash slightly and does not take over the sweet potato flavor. Serve alongside chicken or duck or that Thanksgiving turkey.
This is also great served for breakfast of brunch with a poached egg on top.
