Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 large sweet poataoes, peeled, cut into 1/4" slices
- - salt and pepper
How To Make sweet potato chips

Step 1Heat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet w/ foil. Spray foil w/ cooking spray. In small bowl, whisk together oil, syrup and cayenne pepper.

Step 2Brush the potatoes w/ the oil mix. Place potatoes on baking sheet. Sprinkle w/ salt and pepper. Bake 8 mins. Turn potatoes over and brush w/ oil mix.

Step 3Bake 8-10 mins more, or until tender on the inside and crispy around the edges.
