I got this recipe years ago from a church cook book. It is a fantastic side dish for Thanksgiving or any holiday. Easy to make and so delicious.

Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed sweet potato
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/3 cup butter, room temperature
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- TOPPING
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup pecans, in pieces
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
How To Make sweet potato casserole

Step 1Mix the first section of ingredients together. Place in a lightly buttered casserole dish.

Step 2Mix and spread the topping ingredients on top of the mashed sweet potato mixture.

Step 3Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
