- 1-2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon mccormicks perfect pinch mexican seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- SWEET
- 3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced rounds
- 1-2 tablespoon olive oil
- - pinch each of nutmeg, thyme, black pepper
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs, opt
How To Make sweet potato rounds

Step 1Peel potatoes and slice into thin rounds. Place in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices. Using hands, mix taters well making sure they are all coated. Then add 1/2 c of panko bread crumbs and toss.

Step 2Lightly grease med. size cookie sheet with olive oil. Place potatoes into layers on sheet. Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake 400°° for 30 min. on upper middle rack to prevent burning.
