Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup smuckers apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges.
How To Make spicy sweet potatoes

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a baking pan w/ cooking spray. Combine preserves and water in a heavy pot. Bring to a boil over med-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 5 mins, stirring often.

Step 2Remove pot from heat. Stir in lemon juice, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.

Step 3Arrange sweet potatoes in baking pan. Baste potatoes thoroughly w/ sauce, using 1/2 of the sauce. Bake potatoes 40 min or until potatoes are tender, basting w/ remaining sauce 1/2 way through cooking time.
