Makes 10-12 servings
Ingredients
- 2 pounds bag frozen hash browns potatoes, thawed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 10 3/4 ounces can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 - soup can milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
How To Make southern hash browns

Step 1Mix all ingredients together except 2 T. melted butter and cornflakes. Turn into 2 1/2-3 quart casserole. Mix the 2 T. melted butter and cornflakes together, sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Makes 10-12 servings.
