How to Make Savory Greek Oven Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 400
- Cut the potatoes in 8 wedges
- Put the potatoes in a bowl and cover with olive oil and the juice of one lemon. Set aside for one hour.
- Lay the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano
- bake for 30-45 minutes
