These potatos can be served with any meal.I mainly serve them along with my Salmon w/ Dill Sauce. Goes together perfect. Look for my recipe for Salmon w/ dill sauce :)(picture shows Potatos with Salmon w/ dill sauce)

8 clove
garlic
1 Tbsp
dried rosmary
1 pinch
salt and pepper
3-4 Tbsp
oil

How to Make Roasted Red Potatos

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 450 degrees
  • 2Place Red Potatos and Garlic Cloves in sheet pan. Coat Potatos with oil.
  • 3Sprinkle Rosmary, salt and pepper and toss to evenly coat potatos and Garlic with spices.
  • 4Bake for 30-35 minutes.
