cilantro lime roasted radishes and potatoes
I just Love radishes since I was a little girl, when I roasted them I could not believe the flavor! So if You never tried its a must! this is one of many side dishes I serve my family. Enjoy and what a neat sidedish for X~mas with the colors.

Ingredients
- 15~16 - radishes
- 5-6 - potato (depending on size)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 1 - lime
How To Make cilantro lime roasted radishes and potatoes

Step 1preheat oven 425degrees. peel and wash potatoes, wash keep radishes whole. Chop potatoes bite size close to size of radishes.

Step 2Combined in bowl sprinkle w/olive oil and spices and rub. Put on baking sheet in oven for about 25 min or til tender.

Step 3Finish with drizzle of olive oil fresh cilantro and sqeeze from your lime. Delish. more S&P if needed.
