Ingredients
- 6 - potatoes, cut in halves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon oregano, dried
- 1 large lemon, fresh squeezed
- 1 sprig chives, fresh and chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make roasted potatoes w/ oregano, lemon & chives

Step 1wash and cut potato into 4 wedges, each

Step 2in a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except chives and toss potatoes in a coat well.

Step 3on a cookie spread them out, bake at 350 degrees about 40-45 mins...or until tender and browned.

Step 4garnish with chopped fresh chives.
