- 1/4 c
- olive oil
- 1 Tbsp
- oregano, dried
- 1 large
- lemon, fresh squeezed
- 1 sprig(s)
- chives, fresh and chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Roasted Potatoes w/ Oregano, Lemon & Chives
- 1wash and cut potato into 4 wedges, each
- 2in a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except chives
and toss potatoes in a coat well.
- 3on a cookie spread them out, bake at 350 degrees about 40-45 mins...or until tender and browned.
- 4garnish with chopped fresh chives.
