    potatoes, cut in halves
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1 large
    lemon, fresh squeezed
  • 1 sprig(s)
    chives, fresh and chopped
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Roasted Potatoes w/ Oregano, Lemon & Chives


  1. wash and cut potato into 4 wedges, each
  2. in a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except chives
    and toss potatoes in a coat well.
  3. on a cookie spread them out, bake at 350 degrees about 40-45 mins...or until tender and browned.
  4. garnish with chopped fresh chives.
