- 2 large potatoes
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- - salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
How To Make roasted potatoes & sweet potatoes

Step 1cut into bite size pieces ( skins on), boil about 10 mins

Step 2drain and place on a cookie sheet (loosely) coat with the olive oil, sprinkle with salt & pepper

Step 3place in a pre-heated oven at 350 for about 20 mins...or until browned...
