Roasted Italian Potatoes
1/4 colive oil
0.7 ozenvelope italian drssing mix (good seasons)
1 largeshallot, peeled and sliced
2 lbred or white potatoes (about 5 potatoes)
·salt and pepper
How to Make Roasted Italian Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix oil and dressing mix in a large bowl until blended.
- Do not peel potatoes. Cut them in half and then quarter each half.
- Toss potatoes and shallot slices in the dressing mix until well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place in a baking dish, in a single layer. Bake 40 minutes, or until done.
