These are super easy & your whole family will love them. ***When I got this recipe I did not have all the herbs required so I had to substitute a few. If there is 2 herbs listed, the first one is my subsitute for the second one listed.

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled & diced into 1" cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon shallot pepper or onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- - ground pepper, a few shakes
How To Make roasted herb potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix all ingredients in a bowl till potatoes thoroughly coated in ollive oil and herbs.

Step 3Place in 9x13" baking pan, making sure to keep it in 1 layer.

Step 4Cover with tin foil & bake 1 hour. Remove foil and continue baking for 15 more minutes.
