Potatoe Salad

This recipe is pretty simple and was my grandmothers and moms recipe for potatoe salad.They never measured any ingred for this , just added to there taste and right consistancey.I grew up watching them make this and now this is my potatoe salad recipe I use all the time.

8-9 medium potatoes (i like to use yukon gold or red potatoes)
miacle whip salad dressing
1 small onion
salt and pepper to taste
dash of paprika (optional)
green pepper (garnish) optional


1Boil the potatoes till tender( I boil with the skins on the potatoes)
2Let cool completely before removing the skins from your potatoes.
3Cube your potatoes in 1 inch cubes in a large bowl.Chop your onion and add into your potatoes.
4Salt and pepper to taste
5Add your miracle whip by tablespoons to get the right consistancey,but make sure you don't over do it with the mirace whip
6Sprinkle with paprika, and garnish with a slice of green pepper
