Ingredients
- 1 - bag frozen hash browns
- 2 cups fat free sour cream
- 1 clove low sodium fat free mushroom soup
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 8 ounces low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
- 2 tablespoons unsalted, melted butter
How To Make potato casserole make-over

Step 1Preheated oven to 400 F.

Step 2Stir together hash browns , sour cream, mushroom soup, milk, cheese, onions and salt and pepper.

Step 3Pour mixture into 9x13 lightly sprayed casserole dish.

Step 4Top with crushed corn flakes.

Step 5Drizzle with melted butter and bake for 30 minutes.
