2 c
fat free sour cream
1 clove
low sodium fat free mushroom soup
1 c
2% milk
8 oz
low-fat cheddar cheese
1/2 c
green onions
1/2 tsp
salt and pepper
3/4 c
crushed corn flakes
2 Tbsp
unsalted, melted butter

How to Make Potato Casserole Make-Over

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheated oven to 400 F.
  • 2Stir together hash browns , sour cream, mushroom soup, milk, cheese, onions and salt and pepper.
  • 3Pour mixture into 9x13 lightly sprayed casserole dish.
  • 4Top with crushed corn flakes.
  • 5Drizzle with melted butter and bake for 30 minutes.
