This recipes is a make over but not a make over in taste.. You can have all the greatness of a potato casserole without all the fat and calories.. Great for left over breakfast has browns..

Ingredients

  • 1 - bag frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups fat free sour cream
  • 1 clove low sodium fat free mushroom soup
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 8 ounces low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted, melted butter

How To Make potato casserole make-over

  • Step 1
    Preheated oven to 400 F.
  • Step 2
    Stir together hash browns , sour cream, mushroom soup, milk, cheese, onions and salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Pour mixture into 9x13 lightly sprayed casserole dish.
  • Step 4
    Top with crushed corn flakes.
  • Step 5
    Drizzle with melted butter and bake for 30 minutes.
