I got this recipe from a friend, but, ironically, it's also word-for-word the same recipe that my husband's family uses. It's a simple, decent potato recipe, great for large gatherings.

- 2 pounds bag frozen southern style hashbrowns (chunks)
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups cheddar, shredded
- 16 ounces sour cream

Step 1Mix together and bake in a 9 x 13 glass pan at 350*F for 1 hour.
