How to Make Pork Piccadillo

  • 1Rinse chops, dice & dust with flour. Set aside. Saute onions & garlic in olive oil. Add pork including bones for full flavor. Add potatoes, Rotel, diced potatoes, seasoning & cover with chicken broth. Bring to a boil then simmer for about 1 hour.
  • 2We like ours either with warm flour tortillas or served over Spanish rice. So delicious & you can adjust the seasoning for kids so it's not as spicy.
