I found this recipe in a magazine And we love it .I like recipes i can put in my slow cooker.

Ingredients

    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 4
    bone in center-cut pork chops 6 to 8 oz. ench
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 large
    sweet onion sliced
  • 1 c
    chicken stock
  • 2 large
    sweet potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2
    golden delicious apples cored ,cut into wedges
  • 3
    spings of fresh time

How to Make Crock pot =pork chops &sweet potatoes and apples

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine flour,salt and pepper in large bowl.put chops in seasoned flour mixture shaking off excess.Warm oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.Add pork chops and cook till lightly browned ,about 3 minutes per side.Transfer to slow cooker.
  2. Add onions to skillet and cook,Stirring often,until softened about 4 minutes.Pour in stock increase heat to high and bring to a boil,stirring to pick up browned bits on bottom.Pour over pork chops in slow cooker.
  3. Scatter sweet potatoes and apples around chops.Add thyme,cover and cook on low 3 hours or on high for 2 hours.
