Since I have Grown Parsley in the Garden this Year, I decided to make these patatoes. Quick tasty and Simply easy to fix. I think You'll enjoy. Cut the taters in Wedges, as they will cook faster in the Microwave.

Ingredients
- 6 med - red potatoes cut in wedges
- 1/2 tsp - thyme
- 1/2 C - beef broth
- 1 Tbs - parsley chopped fine
- OPTION - you can add a little melted butter after cooking when serving at the table (optional)

Step 1Place potatoes in a 2 Qt microwave dish DO NOT ADD SALT. . . . .

Step 2measure the thyme and broth mixed together, pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle the Parsley over the wet potatoes

Step 3cover the dish, microwave on high 15 min. when done set aside to cool slightly for dinner. Can add Melted butter to Your Taters.
