Cut the taters in Wedges, as they will cook faster in the Microwave.
6 medred potatoes cut in wedges
1/2 Cbeef broth
1 Tbsparsley chopped fine
OPTIONyou can add a little melted butter after cooking when serving at the table (optional)
How to Make Parsley Red Potatoes By freda
- Place potatoes in a 2 Qt microwave dish
DO NOT ADD SALT. . . . .
- measure the thyme and broth mixed together, pour over the potatoes.
Sprinkle the Parsley over the wet potatoes
- cover the dish, microwave on high 15 min. when done set aside to cool slightly for dinner.
Can add Melted butter to Your Taters.
