Since I have Grown Parsley in the Garden this Year, I decided to make these patatoes. Quick tasty and Simply easy to fix. I think You'll enjoy. Cut the taters in Wedges, as they will cook faster in the Microwave.

Ingredients

  • 6 med - red potatoes cut in wedges
  • 1/2 tsp - thyme
  • 1/2 C - beef broth
  • 1 Tbs - parsley chopped fine
  • OPTION - you can add a little melted butter after cooking when serving at the table (optional)

How To Make parsley red potatoes by freda

  • Step 1
    Place potatoes in a 2 Qt microwave dish DO NOT ADD SALT. . . . .
  • Step 2
    measure the thyme and broth mixed together, pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle the Parsley over the wet potatoes
  • Step 3
    cover the dish, microwave on high 15 min. when done set aside to cool slightly for dinner. Can add Melted butter to Your Taters.
