- 2 pounds medium size red potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 - sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil

How To Make parmesan roasted potatoes

Step 1Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a large roasting pan, toss potatoes, thyme, parmesan cheese, oil, 1 t. salt and 1/4 t. pepper. Roast, stirring often until golden brown and crisp, 45-50 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
