2 lbmedium size red potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
8sprigs fresh thyme
1 cgrated parmesan cheese
1/4 colive oil
kosher salt and black pepper
How To Make parmesan roasted potatoes
1Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a large roasting pan, toss potatoes, thyme, parmesan cheese, oil, 1 t. salt and 1/4 t. pepper. Roast, stirring often until golden brown and crisp, 45-50 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
