This potatoes are the easiest potatoes, and they don't take long and you can add any spices you want.

4 medium
potatoes, russets
1 medium
onion, white
2 oz
canola oil


1First get out your four medium sized potatoes, and rinse them off. Get your cutting board, and your sharp knife. Pre heat your oven to 375
2Cut up your potatoes into equal sized dices. Put the potatoes into a bowl. Add the canola oil to the bowl along with your spices, any that you like. I usually use seasoning salt.
3cut up your onion into a small dice, and add it to the bowl, and stir all of the ingredients together, and spred them out on a baking sheet. Once your oven is preheated, put them in the oven for 35-40 minutes, depends on how good your oven cooks. If you want them golden brown, put them to broil on hi for a few minutes, but you have to watch them or they will burn!
