Ingredients
- 6 medium russet potatoes
- 1/2 - onion, optional
- - favorite potato seasonings
- - olive oil
- - flour
How To Make oven fried potato sticks

Step 1Peel and shred potatoes and half an onion. Place in bowl and drizzle with olive oil, mix to coat. Now add about 1/4c flour, just enough to slightly coat potatoes. Now grab about 2-3 tbl. of potatoes in your hand and squeeze tightly, allowing any liquid to escape. Now place "sticks" on baking sheet sprayed with olive oil. Spray top of potato sticks and bake in a 400° oven for about 20 min. Turn sticks over and spray with olive oil. Bake another 20-30 min. till golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.
