How to Make NO Fuss No Muss Smashed Tatoes
- Add the potatoes & garlic to a large pot with boiling water. Cook for about 20 mins or until tender. Drain out water & return to pot.
- Then mash the potatoes & garlic with dressing & cheese until light & fluffy.
- Then sprinkle with the parsley & serve immediately.
- Special Tip: The leftovers reheat well in the microwave.
