How to Make NO Fuss No Muss Smashed Tatoes
- 1Add the potatoes & garlic to a large pot with boiling water. Cook for about 20 mins or until tender. Drain out water & return to pot.
- 2Then mash the potatoes & garlic with dressing & cheese until light & fluffy.
- 3Then sprinkle with the parsley & serve immediately.
- 4Special Tip: The leftovers reheat well in the microwave.
