Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cold water
- 4 large carrots
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons flour to thicken
How To Make mom's 1 skillet ground beef and vegetables

Step 1Cook hamburger brown lightly and drain off the grease, into a grease can.Set the hamburger off to the side. Put the soup and water in the same pan you browned the beef in. Peel carrots and wash them off cut into 1/2" piecies add them to the skillet, then do the potatoes the same way, then the onions

Step 2Cook until all vegetables and tender, add the hamburger now. To thicken you can take a couple (2) of tablespoons of flour in a cup and add 1/2 cup of water and stir until smooth. Stir into skillet let cook for a few minutes.
