How to Make Mom's 1 Skillet Ground Beef and Vegetables
- Cook hamburger brown lightly and drain off the grease, into a grease can.Set the hamburger off to the side.
Put the soup and water in the same pan you browned the beef in. Peel carrots and wash them off cut into 1/2" piecies add them to the skillet, then do the potatoes the same way, then the onions - Cook until all vegetables and tender,
add the hamburger now.
To thicken you can take a couple (2) of tablespoons of flour in a cup and add 1/2 cup of water and stir until smooth. Stir into skillet let cook for a few minutes.
