  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/8 tsp

How to Make Microwaved Potato Lyonnais


  1. In a 3-quart microwave-safe casserole dish, combine potatoes, onions, margarine, garlic, salt, oregano, pepper and paprika.
  2. Heat in microwave on high until margarine melts, about 1 minute; stir. Cook 10 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
  3. Alternate: Use red potatoes instead, so you won’t have to peel the potatoes. Use garlic powder in place of the minced garlic.
