How to Make Microwaved Potato Lyonnais

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a 3-quart microwave-safe casserole dish, combine potatoes, onions, margarine, garlic, salt, oregano, pepper and paprika.
  • 2Heat in microwave on high until margarine melts, about 1 minute; stir. Cook 10 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
  • 3Alternate: Use red potatoes instead, so you won’t have to peel the potatoes. Use garlic powder in place of the minced garlic.
