Mashed Sweet Potatoes

- large sweet potatoes (fresh, not canned)
- 1/2 tsp
- white pepper, and cinnamon (1/2 tsp of each)
- 1 tsp
- curry powder
- 1 pinch
- sea salt
- 3 Tbsp
How to Make Mashed Sweet Potatoes
- 1Bake unpeeled potatoes in oven @ 350 until very tender. (You can do this overnight & then just get out of fridge when ready to prepare). Makes it so quick to prepare!
- 2Scoop out the insides of the potatoes & mash lightly. Add about 3 TBS of butter (I like a lot) to your taste. Sprinkle w/ curry, cinnamon, white pepper, & some sea salt. Mash again & that's it!
