- 4 - russet potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary leaves, minced
- - salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
How To Make maltese roasted potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2Peel potatoes and onions and thinly slice on a mandoline or by hand.

Step 3Layer potatoes on the bottom of a well greased casserole dish.

Step 4Top potatoes with thinly sliced onions, garlic, rosemary, salt and black pepper.

Step 5Drizzle with olive oil and 2 tablespoons water.

Step 6Bake for 45 minutes, turning potatoes halfway through cooking and continuing to bake until potatoes are tender.
