Ever since I started roasting my potatoes and my veggies I barely do them any other way. Our favorite in our house was always loaded baked or loaded potatoe skins. So why not loaded roasted!? ;)

Ingredients
- 4-5 - large potatoes cut into inch chunks
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon each s&p
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- - olive oil
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 - slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- - sour cream and chives (optional)
How To Make loaded roasted potatoes

Step 1Drizzel olive oil and spices on potatoes mix put in baking pan and roast at 400 for 20 min or fork tender.

Step 2Remove from oven add cheese and bacon place back in oven till melted. Top with sour cream, or ranch (optional)
