Lightened creamy, cheesy potatoes
12 lb bag frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
2 clight sour cream
2 c+ 1/2 cup reduced fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 can(s)reduced-fat, cream of chicken soup
1 smallbunch green onion, sliced
2 ccrushed cornflakes for topping
How to Make Lightened creamy, cheesy potatoes
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine sour cream, 2 cups cheese, soup and green onions.
- Add hash browns and mix thoroughly. Pour mix into baking dish. In medium bowl, mix 1/2 cup cheese and crushed cornflakes, reserve.
- Cover and bake potatoes for 35 mins. Uncover and top w/ cheese/cornflake mix. Bake, uncovered 15 mins, or until bubbly and top is browned.
