These are so easy to make, When you have those mashed potatoes left, or the baked potatoes you can easily make these little buggers. They are so good, you can even use them as appetizers. by wrapping them in a piece of precooked bacon before putting them in the oven. Or you could dip them in a little beaten egg and roll in shredded cheese- Yum -Yum!!

Ingredients
- 2 cups very stiff mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese, or other kind
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise not salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
- - ketchup or sauce of choice for dipping

Step 1In a bowl, combine all ingredients except corn flakes and dipping sauces. Chill mixture. Heat oven to 350^. Shape chilled mixture into 1-inch balls or little rolls(pillows) roll them in beaten egg and then in cornflakes that have a little butter added (this keeps them crisp) Place on a well sprayed baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy. Serve hot with sauce.
