- 1-1/2 pound baking potatoes, cut into strips
- 1/8 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic from a jar, soaked in olive oil.
How To Make homemade baked fries.

Step 1Heat oven to 425. Spray a cookie sheet w/ cooking spray.

Step 2In lg bowl, toss together potatoes, cajun seasoning, and oil. Place potatoes on cookie sheet.

Step 3Bake 40 mins, turning once. Sprinkle w/ parsley, garlic and salt. Bake 5 mins more.
