1-1/2 lb
baking potatoes, cut into strips
1/8 tsp
cajun seasoning
1 Tbsp
canola oil
1 Tbsp
chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp
1 tsp
minced garlic from a jar, soaked in olive oil.

How to Make Homemade baked fries.


  • 1Heat oven to 425. Spray a cookie sheet w/ cooking spray.
  • 2In lg bowl, toss together potatoes, cajun seasoning, and oil. Place potatoes on cookie sheet.
  • 3Bake 40 mins, turning once. Sprinkle w/ parsley, garlic and salt. Bake 5 mins more.
