How to Make Home made french fries 2-ways


  1. Peel potatoes and cut into 1- inch squared strips
  2. Deepfryer directions: preheat deepfryer to 375°
    put potatoes in deep fryer basket and fry for about 5 minutes - till golden
    remove from deepfryer, draining excess oil.
    Immediately sprinkle with salt and pepper

    preheat oven to 375°
    In a large bowl, toss potatoes in olive oil, salt and pepper
    spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet
    bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown
