2 Tbsp
margarine
3 medium
potatoes, scrubbed
1/4 tsp
dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp
onion flakes
1/4 tsp
garlic pepper

How to Make Herbed Potato Wedges

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat broiler. Meanwhile, place margarine in a 13X9 pan. Place pan under preheating broiler to melt margarine.
  • 2Cut scrubbed potatoes into 8 wedges. Stir basil, onion, and garlic pepper into melted margarine.
  • 3Add potato wedges; stir to coat. Place pan of potato wedges 3 inches from heat. Broil for 5 minutes each side.
