- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 3 medium potatoes, scrubbed
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon onion flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper
How To Make herbed potato wedges

Step 1Preheat broiler. Meanwhile, place margarine in a 13X9 pan. Place pan under preheating broiler to melt margarine.

Step 2Cut scrubbed potatoes into 8 wedges. Stir basil, onion, and garlic pepper into melted margarine.

Step 3Add potato wedges; stir to coat. Place pan of potato wedges 3 inches from heat. Broil for 5 minutes each side.
